By using homegrown fruit from our own gardens and surplus fruit rescued from supermarkets, we create small to large batchs of classic flavours as well as unique, adventurous blends that bring something different to your table. This approach helps cut down on unnecessary waste and make the most of nature’s seasonal bounty.
